I am no theologian, but I love to study the Bible. I love to see Jesus on every page, and I love trying to understand and grow from reading God’s majestic redemptive story. This blog is my place to explore and process His Word in my life.

Currently, I work part-time as a pastoral assistant at Resurrection Church in Tacoma, Washington. I spent 17 years in the technical writing and editing world, which included stints at three of the biggest companies in the Seattle area. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 21 years, and I have two teenage daughters. I love coffee, soccer, the gritty blue-collar town I call home, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
